Job Summary

• Ensure cost control process, budget and control cost/expenditure status, and forecasting process are running effectively on a daily basis; and also ensure security of company profitability in order to support company success.

• Diploma Degree of Accounting or Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 1 year experiences in Cost Control position.
• Strong financial management knowledge.
• Attention to details and good analytical thinking.

2. Environment Lead

Job Summary

• Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all SHE Management Plan to propose corrective actions in order to prevent SHE incident within Business Line area responsibility, comply with company’s SHE policies, government SHE regulation, and other requirements.

Education

• Diploma Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min 7 years experience in SHE exposure
• Will be prefered if understand of Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety

• Conversant with ISO 451 and ISO 141, Risk Management Knowledge, Incident Accident investigation process and Audit process

3. Procurement Engineer

Job Summary

• To convert all Purchase Requests assigned to become Purchase Order within the stipulated timeline
• To conduct the procurement process in line with the company’s procurement policy and procedures of buying the right product/s from the right supplier/s at the right price, quality, delivery schedule and terms and conditions by:
• Ensuring specification of purchase requirements both technically as well as commercially are properly done prior to making/sending out enquiries to the vendors
• Sourcing, pre-qualifying and selecting the right vendors to participate in the tender exercise
• Obtaining price quotations, compiling them to proper commercial bid evaluation, for commercial analysis and award recommendation
• To negotiate with vendors in order to get the best value deals for the company
• To work with the legal team on the design of the framework of the contract/agreement required for various types of purchases being conducted
• To work with all relevant parties both internal as well as external in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise post award situations
• To continuously look for more efficient and effective solutions/means that can be adopted to improve company’s profitability by keeping abreast on available technology, government policies & regulation both domestic as well as international, market trend, dynamics and landscape changes, global and domestic issues development

5. Maintenance Planner – SDA

Job Summary

• Perform maintenance planning activities on site / in the field include prepare and manage periodical maintenance plan, eventually to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget. Specific Duties: Establish, maintain and improve Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process. Develop full scope of work needed to conduct repairs.

• Min. 1 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
• Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis.

• Strong knowledge and experience of Repair and Maintenance Methodology and Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis

6. Surface Work Supervisor (Quarry & Crusher)

Job Summary

• Monitor and supervise site Surface Work activities to ensure such activities are conducted in a safe and timely manner conform to quality of work is of a standard that optimises availability.

• Min. 3 years professional experience preferably in Earthwork Company
• Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation

7. Subcontract Superintendent

Job Summary

• Assist Subcontract Manager to oversee, manage Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Ensuring the Subcontractors meet contractual obligations, timelines and quality standard in accordance to Main Contract requirements.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 7 years experiences in cost control and contract administration
• Understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices related to subcontracting
• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and organize meetings for effective collaboration with subcontractors and Project Team
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and team members
• Ability to analyze subcontractor performance data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Minimal 1 year have experinces in SHE Field implementation at High risk industry
• Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate)
